These terms apply when you purchase The Las Terrenas Guide from Dream Republic. Please read them before buying.

01What you are buying

The Las Terrenas Guide is a digital guide: a curated, interactive guide to Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic, accessed online through this website.

Price: $29 USD, charged once at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment.

Legal review required: Confirm sales tax / VAT obligations for digital goods in the markets you sell to.

02Access period

Your purchase includes access to the guide, and any updates published during that time, for 12 months from the date of purchase.

There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. When your access period ends you will not be charged again.

03Delivery and access

Access is granted automatically once your payment is verified. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions for returning to the guide using a secure sign-in link sent to the email you used at checkout.

Your access is personal. Please do not share sign-in links or redistribute the guide’s content.

04Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within [14] days of purchase at adreamrepublic@gmail.com and we will review your request. If a refund is issued, access to the guide ends.

Legal review required: Decide on the refund window and policy, and check consumer rules for digital content (e.g. EU right of withdrawal) that apply to your customers.

Dream Republic is not responsible for the services of the businesses we feature. Activities such as swimming, excursions, and travel involve inherent risks; use your own judgment.

All text, photography, and design in the guide belong to Dream Republic or its licensors and are protected by copyright.

07Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Dream Republic never sees or stores your full card details.
